The Clerk's Office at the Town of Milton will help you apply for a variety of certificates and licenses.
Types of certificates and licenses for residents
The Town Clerk is the custodian of the Town's corporate records and can provide you with the following certificates and licenses:
- Birth certificates
- Death certificates
- Lottery license (bingo, raffles, break open)
- Marriage licenses/certificates
- Dog tags
A number of business licenses are also available from the Clerk's Office.

- Visit the Clerk's Office at Town Hall, 150 Mary Street Milton.
