The Clerk's Office at the Town of Milton can help you with legal documents that require signing before a Commissioner for Taking Oaths.
Commissioning legal documents
- Contact the Clerk's Office at 905-878-7252 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, to arrange a mutually convenient time for signing your documents.
- The person or persons swearing the affidavit must appear before the Commissioner with proper identification. If possible, identification should be original photo identification (such as a Driver's License) or a certified true copy.
Fee
The fee for this service is $19.00.
