The Clerk's Office at the Town of Milton can help you with legal documents that require signing before a Commissioner for Taking Oaths.

Commissioning legal documents

  1. Contact the Clerk's Office at 905-878-7252 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, to arrange a mutually convenient time for signing your documents.
  2. The person or persons swearing the affidavit must appear before the Commissioner with proper identification. If possible, identification should be original photo identification (such as a Driver's License) or a certified true copy.

Fee

The fee for this service is $19.00.
